MCS delivered the Warburg Pincus office build-out at One Market Plaza, a high-end private equity workplace located within one of San Francisco’s premier fully occupied Class-A office towers. The project included private offices, conference rooms, executive meeting spaces, open work areas, specialty lighting, detailed millwork, upgraded finishes, and employee support areas, all built with a focus on sophistication, discretion, and quality. Delivered with an MEP Design-Build approach, the project required close coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, controls, AV, and building infrastructure systems while maintaining daily coordination with property management to minimize disruption to surrounding tenants and active building operations.
