MCS was selected by Thumbtack to complete a first-generation build-out for their new Corporate Headquarters at 415 Natoma. The project featured intricate design elements, including specialty wood ceilings that required meticulous planning to ensure precise placement of light fixtures before installation. Additionally, the space incorporated custom millwork finishes that demanded close coordination during the framing layout. A key component of the project was the MEP design-build system, which introduced an innovative four-pipe and two-pipe fan coil system, delivering highly efficient heating and cooling tailored to Thumbtack’s needs.
