Every team member is empowered to stop work and speak up, and our crews receive ongoing training that covers Cal/OSHA requirements, equipment certifications, fall protection, respiratory safety, and more. From onboarding through closeout, we maintain a culture where safety isn’t just compliance, it’s who we are, and our record proves it.
