Founded in 2016 by two Construction Professionals with combined experience of 50+ years, MCS immediately set out to distinguish themselves from the herd. Since breaking into the industry, MCS Construction Services has worked hard to build and maintain a stellar reputation as a leading construction company in the San Francisco Bay Area. With a focus on excellent workmanship, competitive fees and the ability to continuously deliver outstanding results, our team of professionals is always ready to bring your vision to life, no matter the project.
Both owners, Dustin Martinoni & John MacIntyre, come from strong construction backgrounds. John received his degree in Construction Management from Chico State University and went on to work for some of the largest firms in the industry, working his way up to high level Field Operation positions and eventually to Superintendent. Dustin holds a degree in Construction Management as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Sacramento State University. He went on to hold several top management positions at some of the most well-known Construction firms in the world.
When they decided to leave their stable positions of employment and embark on the journey of starting their own business, they knew they needed to set themselves apart to be successful. They strive to achieve this using a unique strategy to form their teams, comprising them of management professionals who supervise the various aspects of the job from Project Management to Field Operations. This allows them and their team to focus on the high-level aspects of each project and maintain exceptional relationships with Clients and Subcontractors alike.
