OUR STORY
MCS Construction was founded in 2016 by Dustin Martinoni with the belief that construction could be elevated through an intentional, collaborative, and client-focused approach.
From the beginning, the goal has been to build a company where craftsmanship matters, people take pride in their work, and client partners have confidence in the process from start to finish. Today, that same mindset continues to guide how MCS operates. The leadership team stays closely connected to the pre-construction, operations teams, and service partnerships. The MCS culture rewards initiative, innovation, grit, communication, and care for the craft.
As a multimillion-dollar firm, MCS is expanding across the Bay Area and West Coast while staying rooted in the relationships, standards, and core values that have shaped who we are.
