With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Dustin has held several top management positions with the highest ranking companies in the world. He approaches each and every project with an “out of the box” mentality and prides himself on providing innovative solutions to unique project opportunities.


John MacIntyre

Vice President

Over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, John has held high level Field Operation and Superintendent positions throughout the Western United States. His attention to detail aides in high level quality results in award winning projects. John fosters and cultivates some of the best client and subcontractor relationships in the San Francisco Bay Area.


Shelbi Leith

Office Manager

With almost 10 years of Office Management experience and just under five years in the service industry prior to that, Shelbi tackles each task with vibrancy and dedication. Growing up within and around the construction industry provided a logical path to finding her place at MCS and she enjoys being the organizational force that keeps the team moving forward as they are constantly being pulled in many directions. Whichever "hat" she's wearing on any given day, Shelbi’s detail-oriented nature and passion for helping others provide her the ability to go above and beyond in every aspect of her work, empowering the team to keep growing as a whole.


Matt Martinez

Senior Project Manager

Matt started out in Finance and Risk Management before moving into the Project Management and Estimating fields. Having worked in the trades before coming to MCS, he has first hand knowledge of the industry from a subcontractor's perspective. This unique view allows Matt to understand and foresee the desires and needs of both subcontractors and building owners.


Andy Fullerton

Project Manager

Applying a diverse knowledge of real estate development to all of his projects, Andy has focused on relationships and years of tenant improvement experience to establish a track record of client satisfaction. Extensive construction experience has given Andy a command of creative and effective problem-solving methods for pre-construction as well as throughout the project.


Heather Prado

Assistant Project Manager

Before joining the MCS team, Heather had been in the Construction Industry for almost seven years. Throughout her time, she has become skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, Bluebeam and Project Coordination. Her experience, organization, attention to detail and ability to maintain a strong work ethic in a fast-paced environment allows excellence as an Assistant Project Manager and helps to keep the team moving forward.


Ed Papapietro


Ed brings 32 years of experience to MCS with the last 20 years as a Superintendent in Downtown San Francisco. Ed has an impressive background in building high-end office space for some of the city’s most demanding clients. Ed started his career as a carpenter, has an amazing eye for detail and is a true master craftsman. Ed has recently completed projects for SnapLogic, Sonim and Beacon Properties.


Denton Toovey


Denton is our senior statesmen, bringing 40 years of experience to MCS. Denton started his career as an apprentice out of Carpenter’s Local 2046 in Martinez, California. He has worked on virtually every type of project during his amazing career, from the tract homes of the East Bay to the high rises of San Francisco. Denton excels at trade coordination and schedule management, never taking no for an answer from his crews. Denton recently completed projects for The California Wellness Foundation,  TNDC and Floatspa.


Richard De La Rosa


Rich started as a lather and plasterer working throughout the East and South Bay for 6 years. He then moved into Tenant Improvement Construction as a laborer in the South Bay, then a Junior Superintendent, eventually making his way to Superintendent in his fourth year in TI. With 9 years in TI Construction under his belt, he has worked on many projects throughout the Greater Bay Area, one of his most prominent being for Bain & Co. in the Salesforce Tower. Rich prides himself on his ability to troubleshoot problems in the field and being a great team player.


David Barbosa


Dave is the son of a General Contractor and learned building from his Dad, building high-end residential homes growing up. He knows all facets of construction from foundation to finish. He continued this work in San Francisco, opening his own business remodeling high-end homes throughout the city. Dave switched to commercial building and has been a Superintendent for the last 6 years, completing projects for clients like the VA and NASA. Dave continues his history of beautiful work now with MCS, recently completing projects for Samba TV, Fox Plaza and UCSF.


Jerry Martinez


With over 26 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, Jerry started his career as a Local 22 Carpenter then worked his way up to a Superintendent. Coming from the field helps his eye for detail in every project. He believes every project, small or large, requires the same attention and care that he is committed to. Jerry prides himself on having built some of the best client and subcontractor relationships in the SF Bay Area and believes communication and teamwork make all his projects successful.

Ryan Floyd


With over 17 years of experience in the Carpenter’s Union, Ryan worked his way up and spent the last 4 years as a Superintendent. A versatile construction professional, he prides himself on his ability to work well with others on top-tier projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.

Anni Bennett

Project Manager

Anni thrives on providing excellent customer service, bringing construction projects from beginning to end with solid communication and minimal stress to the client. She has experience building both large-scale tech headquarters as well as intricate, design-forward VC firms. Her abilities to visualize design intent and tackle issues efficiently lead to delivering polished spaces on time and on budget.

Nick Lednev

Assistant Project Manager

Nick invigorates our growing project management team with his fresh and energetic spirit. For the past 4 years, he has applied his degrees in business and construction from Colorado State University towards the commercial construction space in the Bay Area. Nick has worked on several large tenant improvement and lab projects for prominent companies such as HP Enterprises, Align Technologies, and Gilead Sciences.
