Calypso Technology’s office was built to support a fast-moving organization with a workplace that feels open, connected, and highly functional. The corporate tenant improvement brought together expansive work areas, conference and huddle rooms, private offices, employee support spaces, and carefully selected finishes that give the office a polished, contemporary character. One of the project’s defining challenges was integrating the new mechanical and electrical systems into an occupied building without interrupting ongoing operations. Existing infrastructure, limited shutdown windows, and active neighboring tenants required the team to validate field conditions early, develop detailed phasing plans, and coordinate critical connections around the building’s operating schedule. Through an MEP Design-Build approach, MCS worked closely with the engineers and trade partners to resolve system capacity, routing, controls, and zoning requirements before construction reached the field. The result is a cohesive workplace that performs as well as it presents, delivered with minimal disruption to the building around it.
