MCS delivered a large-scale corporate tenant improvement designed to support a flexible, highly connected workplace. Expansive open office neighborhoods are complemented by conference rooms, huddle spaces, touchdown rooms, and a high-end kitchen that serves as a central gathering point for employees and guests. Custom wall finishes, integrated lighting, and carefully selected materials bring warmth and character to the space while maintaining the polish expected of a modern corporate environment. Constructed within an occupied building and under a compressed schedule, the project required disciplined logistics planning, close coordination with property management, and careful sequencing of deliveries, shutdowns, and high-impact work. Through an MEP Design-Build approach, MCS aligned building systems with the architectural vision early, helping resolve complex conditions quickly and keep the project moving without compromising quality.
