Set within San Francisco’s iconic Embarcadero Center, this venture capital office required the precision of a high-end interior build and the discipline of working inside a fully occupied, logistically demanding property. Limited access, tightly controlled deliveries, shared building systems, and restricted movement meant every phase of the work had to be carefully planned and closely coordinated with property management. Within those constraints, MCS delivered a refined workplace defined by premium materials, custom detailing, integrated lighting, and the understated sophistication expected of a leading investment firm. Through an MEP Design-Build approach, architectural and building systems were coordinated early, allowing complex conditions to be resolved before they could affect the field or compromise the design.
