MCS delivered the Serent Capital office build-out, a high-end investment workplace designed to reflect the firm’s professionalism, discretion, and client-focused culture. The project included private offices, conference rooms, executive meeting spaces, open work areas, specialty lighting, detailed millwork, upgraded finishes, and employee support areas, all built with a focus on sophistication, quality, and operational efficiency. Delivered with an MEP Design-Build approach, the project required close coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, lighting, controls, AV, and building infrastructure systems while maintaining careful coordination with property management to minimize disruption to surrounding tenants and active building operations.
