MCS partnered with Samsung to transform an underutilized space into a vibrant, culture-driven destination designed to energize employees and celebrate the company’s heritage. Centered around a custom ramen-inspired market concept, the space was designed to give teams a quick, engaging place to gather, recharge, and enjoy one of their favorite meals. Selected to lead the full Design-Build delivery, MCS managed both architectural and MEP design services, ensuring the vision moved seamlessly from concept to execution. The project required accelerated coordination, fast decision-making, and precise execution to meet critical delivery deadlines tied to major company celebrations. The result is a highly customized space that brings new life to the building while creating a unique experience for Samsung’s employees.
