MCS delivered a 34,000 SF full-demolition and tenant-improvement build-out for Cognizant AI within an occupied Class-A building. The project centered around a technically complex media and virtual reality studio, designed to support advanced technology development and high-profile media announcements. Executed under an MEP Design-Build delivery model, the work required precise coordination of specialized power, cooling, acoustics, and infrastructure systems. Careful sequencing and off-hours execution enabled the project to be completed without disrupting adjacent tenants, resulting in a highly sophisticated, performance-driven environment tailored to Cognizant’s innovation-focused culture.
