THE OWNERS
Both owners, Dustin Martinoni & John MacIntyre, come from strong construction backgrounds. John received his degree in Construction Management from Chico State University and went on to work for some of the largest firms in the industry, working his way up to high level Field Operation positions and eventually to Superintendent. Dustin holds a degree in Construction Management as well as a Master’s in Business Administration from Sacramento State University. He went on to hold several top management positions at some of the most well-known Construction firms in the world.
THE BACK STORY
When they decided to leave their stable positions of employment and embark on the journey of starting their own business, they knew they needed to set themselves apart to be successful. They strive to achieve this using a unique strategy to form their teams, comprising them of management professionals who supervise the various aspects of the job from Project Management to Field Operations. This allows them and their team to focus on the high-level aspects of each project and maintain exceptional relationships with Clients and Subcontractors alike.
